Buenos Dias, Padres!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving (Dia de Gracias) with your families. I’m excited to start the Christmas theme with the kids today. We’ll be reading the first part of a book called “La Primera Navidad de Clifford” (Clifford’s First Christmas.) If you have it at home in English, I’m sure the kids would be excited to read it in both languages.
Also, we’ll start to learn the song “Cascabel” (Jingle Bells.) I’ll post the video below. It’s a little fast on the video, but it’s a good one because it also has the lyrics. Please have your kids watch the video a couple times this week to practice the song. I’d like them to learn it by Christmas, as I’m sure they’ll be excited to show it off in front of family and friends. 
There will be no coloring homework today. If your kids haven’t done the Mariposa (Butterfly) or the Pavo (Turkey) worksheet, they can do those this week.
